Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, contact us within 1 hour of service completion and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific service performed, not to pre-existing conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• One-time services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Recurring services: Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Access & Security

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the facility being cleaned. This includes:

• Providing necessary keys, codes, or access credentials
• Ensuring the facility is safe for our cleaning staff
• Notifying us of any hazardous materials or conditions in the facility

All our staff are 100% background-checked. We maintain strict security protocols and will safeguard any access credentials provided.

Insurance & Liability

Tacoma Janitorial Service is licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance to protect your property. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the performance of cleaning services, up to the limits of our insurance coverage.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions not caused by our services
• Items left unsecured in cleaning areas
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions
